Royal Mail 1st Class
Next Day Courier Service

UK Delivery Terms

All delivery times are estimates and are subject to stock availability. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or Bank Holidays.

In the unlikely event your order is delayed within the specified times we will contact you as soon as we can. Please provide us with you up to date contact details

Unfortunately we are unable to instruct our delivery driver / delivery service to leave any parcels amounting to any value in any unsecured area on our around your property as a signature is usually required by the purchaser.

Non UK Mainland Destinations:

Scottish Highlands & Islands: 2-3 Working Day Delivery
Channel Islands: 2-3 Working Day Delivery
Republic of Ireland: 2-3 Working Day Delivery

Returns & Refunds

We offer a full 14–day return on unwanted items. The items must be in their original condition and packaging. The purchaser is responsible for any return costs a next day product replacement or credit note will be issued dependent on stock availability.

Postage and packing charges are non refundable.

We cannot accept return goods if they are returned damaged scratched or parts are missing. Please contact us before you return any unwanted items.

(Returns will be refunded to the original payment method)

In the unlikely event you receive the incorrect item please return to us within 7 working days of receipt of goods in the original packaging and we will replace with the correct item and reimburse the minimal postage charge incurred.
